Embarrassing. and I needed sheets yesterday My granddaughter got the Murphy bed sheets dirty and i asked for some and i never got them. Just a later response to come get them myself. And check in could have been easier "

"Major construction next to hotel for storm water management with construction pier extending into ocean. Room was clean but dated. Hallways appeared dirty as well as common areas. Only went to one of the pools but there was at least three bucketfuls of sand on the bottom. "

"What an adorable hotel. The rooms were great, the location was perfect for walking everywhere and the pool area was amazing (the waitstaff by the pool needs some training or maybe we were in the wrong. They only seemed to wait on the bachelorette parties and the folks in the reserved spots (which was a joke - 4 chairs were held until almost 2:00). Couldn’t get a drink unless we walked to the bar. Never seen anything like it. The rest of the staff was amazing - super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Maybe skip the pool area"
