"The staff were very nice and pleasant, but there were several issues with my reservation. When I raised them, the blame was placed on the third-party booking site. I had reserved a premium room but was initially given a standard room because the premium room was not ready. Once I got the premium room, it still felt very basic. The mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and the shampoo/soap dispenser was nearly impossible to use. On the positive side, breakfast was good, and the restaurant was okay, though nothing exceptional. Overall, the service was friendly, but the room and reservation experience were disappointing."
