"We didn’t feel welcomed at all, staff members were not very friendly and not very helpful. I was dismissed very often when asking a question and there was a lack of respect and enthusiasm. The cleaning person didn’t knock and entered our room while we were showering, we had the “do not disturb” sign but she didn’t care, felt very unsafe and when I brought it up to management they said it was a shame that had happened but that’s it. No accountability no nothing. This hotel is in one or the most richest and nice areas in Monterrey so I would expect them to be extra nice and supportive but didn’t get that at all. Horrible experience and won’t be staying here ever again."
