"This was a terrible place. I don't recommend it at all especially if travelling with minors. The hotel failed to communicate that they were cleaning the pool with chemicals. There was no sign or notice. We took our children for a early swim when all the sudden our kids started coughing. We got out immediately and the children ended up having a horrible reaction to the pool chemicals. We had to call a doctor due to the rashes. It was a terrible experience for us. "It is a Great place to relax and enjoy the beach with the family. The food was great with a taste of traditional Mexican cuisine. The nightly shows are enjoyable!! The Staff is amazingly excellent from the room service to the outdoors. The service at the Caracol Bar with Lucio, Anibal, and Carlos was Excellent. The Premium Lounge had great selection of snacks and food and Guadalupe made it special with her great service. We had a great time at the late night bar with live music and refreshing drinks and the great service by Rocio which made us feel very welcomed!!!"
