「This was my second time staying at this property. Took my family during spring break. Property is nice and well maintained. Great place for family and pool fun. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping. I had to make multiple requests for having my room cleaned. It did not get cleaned on the second day even though I had made a call twice and left both times for housekeeping to clean my room. On the third day, had to ask 2 more times until it finally got cleaned. I was very frustrated on...

「We had a great relaxing stay loved the hotel and facilities. Nice pools but the seeenity pool was dirty. We would come back again.」

「I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. 」

「The staff was extremely helpful and outgoing. The gym facilities were clean and had a decent variety of machines. The room was clean, but just basic. "Luxury bedding" was a sheet covered duvet and two small pillows per person. Small fridge but no microwave.」

「I’ve stayed at this hotel with my girlfriends a few times. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool area is fantastic. The service poolside was top notch! And we love being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Will definitely return. 」

「这是20+多天的旅程住过的酒店最值得推荐的，性价比最高，酒店较大，酒店内环境很好，房间外就有条小河，有很多鸭子在闲游，或在房间露台外的草地上嬉戏，附近还有高尔夫球场，房间户外还有烧烤炉，这间酒店是度假的好地方，职员也很友善，房间内有炊具齐全的厨房，真是值得再住多一晚，如果再有机会到棕榈泉的话会再入住这间酒店。」
