"Nice hotel, nice room, but in the middle of nowhere and no one speaking english (even if it was written so) I took this room to take the ferry to Co To Island, but after many struggles, I finally understood that this was the old port and now the ferry is 5km further"

On Aug 2024 neighbor area is like construction side, only few restaurant in nearby area, to be honest if you are foreign tourist prepare some cash or find another place for your own good! Cheers"

"All the staff, especially the concierge John, were extremely friendly and helpful. John arranged activities, scooters and coordinated our difficult connecting transportation requirements. The spa was amazing and our room was by far the most beautiful, modern and well appointed of any we've experienced. A spectacular view, extremely comfortable bedding and uncommon conveniences like an in room Nesspresso, auto dimming cove, recessed and under cabinet lighting made it feel very homey....

"Nice enough for a 2 star hotel. No restaurant on site, but plenty of restaurant in surrounding area. Best chicken and beef noodles just two block down on the right hand side coming out of the hotel. Close to night market and the border gate. Room does have strong cigarette smell so that’s something to think about. Owner did try to help by finding us a room that is not as bad. "

"Like: Clean, bed is good, close to amenities, fairly new building, good for short stay and reasonable priced Don’t like: Small room, cheap on shampoo and shower gel - no dispensers in the bathroom and only small packets given, No coffee maker - only kettle, no restaurant, swimming pool or cafe in the hotel. "My family and I stayed here for over a week. We booked two rooms. Overall the hotel it self is not bad but it’s definitely nicer in photos than in person. Staff here is very unwelcoming and they hardly smile or is friendly. I’ve said hi/thank you to them multiple times and they just stare are you and seemed annoyed. Most of the times they are sitting around on the sofa and on their phones. I’ve never been to a hotel and experienced that before. The breakfast buffet hardly has anything on the...
