Overall the stay was great. It was a place to lay our heads down at night. The Pool is only open until 6 for kids- I brought a Teenager, so after a long day a good swim is what we needed, but no dice! Pool area was kept as clean as it could- the pool staff needs a bit more hospitality training, some lounges were not prioritized for guests of the hotel. Desk help was great from the moment we arrived to when we left. We felt very safe staying there.

Room was spacious. I like that they had a fridge with a freezer. The only thing i disliked was when I sat on the toilet, the front of my left knee was touching a wall. I'm 5'6, 160s. Any taller, I would have to sit diagonally.
