"Un excelente servicio y la habitación 10/10"

"Hotel a priori bastante bien, con unas buenas visras y piscina infinity pero que al ser invierno estaba bastante desangelado. Eramos casi los unicos clientes. Desayuno correcto y el servicio mejorable, no tenian claro si el pago de la habitacion estaba realizado y se nos cayó en la ducha el dispensador de gel (las baldas estan bastante mal posicionadas en el baño) lo cual se rompió y nos lo hicieron pagar. No fue en si el coste pero si el detalle de como lo hicieron y el coste. Comimos por casi...

"Beutiful new place, the owner is so kind and helpfull took care for everything we needed. Nice rooms with great view. The only thing , no possibke to dark the room , obky white curtons."

"Pu Luong was a great place to visit. Our room had a great deck over looking mountains and tiered rice paddies. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "

"Nous avons pris la suite 105, la vue était spectaculaire, une des plus belles vues à vie! Très propre aussi. Le personnel est très gentil, la nourriture très bonne, spécialement la salade de papaye verte et les nems."

"Magique ! L'endroit, l'hôtel comme leur propriétaires. Un pure merveille. Je recommande ! Pour la chambre, elle étais immense, salle de bain nickel et bien conçue. Eau chaude, froide, serviette, brosse à dent, shampoing, savon fournis. Rapport qualité-prix parfait ! "

"A fantastic place to stay if you are ever in mai chau, all of the staff are fantastic, the food is delicious and it is also in an amazing location, i will definitely be booking again when i am back that way"
