"The place was well kept, fun and great on the inside. We loved the attention to details here. All the extras that I would never think of were there as well. "Its our go to place in Lincoln City, specifically for the quick access to the beach, the balcony and the fireplace. This time did have some confusion over rooms, as there was construction right next to the room that couldve been avoided. However, the owner called personally with an offer to move, a credit and an apology, which was very thoughtful. "

"It has a great view of the ocean. The stairs are a little steep and I put my foot on them sideways to fit. Bed was comfy. Fold out bed not so good. Fairly clean. They were very nice and accommodating! We will stay here again. It rained quite a bit and it was very loud on the windows! The walk down to the beach was a little challenge because it was steep and long way down ( longer than I thought). "

"we originally reserved and paid for a room with the patio and when we got there, they had overbooked, so the first night we had to stay in a room we didn't really want. for the two nights that we were there, the hot water never worked, one of the bedroom doors actually fell off its hinges onto the ground in the middle of the night, they failed to clean the room properly with the floor still quite Sandy and garbage left in our cans.
