"Overall not a good experience- pillows were very high, bed was hard and bright lights outside made it hard to stay asleep. Rooms were older but clean. I am celiac and they had no choices other than bananas for breakfast. "

The breakfast was always fresh, even the day we were running a bit behind and didn't get to the breakfast room until 9:45, they made us some fresh bacon (we didn't ask for it) coffee was always tasty. Our room was very clean and well maintained. My only complaint would be maybe needs some new windows. As the window was closed and it still seemed as though we could hear everything outside, every car, truck and person that went by as if the window was open. "

"AVOID! This inn is not an actual inn. There is no check in desk or staff when you arrive. It is NOT clearly indicated that guests need to contact the property owner before arrival to coordinate arrival and receipt of keys. Upon arrival and phoning the property to request a check in via voice mail no one ever returned the call. There was a very loud pub on the ground floor so it was probably for the best that the property decided not to allow us to check in. I suppose if you don’t answer the voicemail and don’t allow your guests to check in when they arrive the facility makes all kinds of money as the payment was definitely taken and then there’s no housekeeping services to be paid. I’m not sure how this property is even eligible to be represented by hotels.com. "
