"Staff was amazing, they really did their best to accommodate us. Concierge was excellent as well. I think the highlight of our trip was the tennis court availability. Even though it was raining the days we wanted to play tennis, we loved that the option was there for us. The tennis court is outdoors"

"At first, they tried to Palm off an old, moldy, tiny room which was not the room we had reserved. Finally, after we complained and made ourselves clear, they moved us to the type of room we had confirmed. It was okay the first night, but the second night they moved in a noisy family right next door at 2:00 in the morning. The husband and wife were shouting back and forth to each other in the hallway and the kids were screaming. I had to go downstairs in my pajamas to find somebody to complain. One of the staff, perhaps the night manager, came up and continued to say "sorry, sorry sorry". I told her that sorry didn't help. I said that the main reason when books a hotel room is to SLEEP and that we were very tired from traveling and needed to get our sleep. I told her I was nearly 80 years old and very exhausted. She explained that they were full up but would move us the next day. For the last 2 days, we did have a nicer room in a quieter section of the hotel. But frankly, that even reflects more poorly on them, since that is the room they should have given us in the first place. Will not recommend and will not stay there again. They did give us a small discount in an effort to compensate us for our trouble. I'd like to be able to write a better review, but the bottom line is you only get one chance to make a first impression and our first impression remains terrible."

"Very detailed services, from entrance, concierge, front desk, room services, executive lounge, very nice stay, special thanks to room service staff- Yang, Lorna, Mary. Appreciate their kindness to give us beautiful flowers and very caring and detailed services, very impressive for this hotel custom services for each single perspective, also appreciate executive lounge prearrangement and their hospitality. Definitely will come back. It’s our second stay at this hotel."

"We stayed for three nights at the Radisson Collection, and overall it was a good experience. We didn’t have breakfast there, but we did have the buffet dinner, which offered all kinds of seafood, sushi, and traditional Chinese food. They also had beef, chicken, lamb, and several salads. The buffet included desserts as well as alcoholic beverages such as wine and beer. For the price, we highly recommend it. Unfortunately, we can’t rate it five stars, as the service still needs improvement for a hotel under the Radisson brand. A lady called Alice, who was in charge of the dinner buffet bookings, was very rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason. Besides that, we had a good experience overall at a reasonable price. The hotel is also close to a nice boulevard full of restaurants, Starbucks, and convenience stores. It’s roughly 30–40 minutes from The Bund with traffic when using DiDi, which is very cheap."

"Great location on Line 2 Metro so easy access to most Shanghai areas. Amazingly copious fresh abundant choice breakfast buffet. Use Papago app for translation as English speaking staff is not generally available. Book well in advance for good rate."
