"The hotel is relatively new and therefore the facilities are in great conditions. The decorations and furniture give the place a nice ambience. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed staying at Best Western in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne."

"The hotel is centered around their restaurant which superb.
Also the breakfast is unconventional and made of the finest ingredients.
The spa is small but lovely and made with the finest taking care of details.

"Room did not look like photos. We had to make our own beds!!! The hotel is in a remote location where the restaurant and local grocery store were closed. The hotel staff did not inform us ahead of our stay, forcing us to drive 60 minutes both ways to find the nearest play to dine."
"Super nice grandma managing the b&b helped by his family. Lovely and close to ski slopes by car (20 mins). Of course not a luxury location given the price, but very good price to quality ratio.

Le personnel était cependant aimable et attentif, et le petit déjeûner correct. "Already reported that WiFi code can only be obtained at the reception and that the reception is a good wslk uphill and cannot be reached by (internal) telephone and eternal phone is not answered. Getting a warm shower meant that you need to wait 10 minutes before the hot water reaches the nice shower. Once hot it is hot. "
