"The halls and elevators were dirty, our room reeked of smoke, and there was only nightstand next to our bed, so my wife had no nightstand on her side. Also, we only had three pillows rather than two for each of us, and the pillows were thin and flat. We did like the renovated bathroom and thought the breakfast offerings were good."
