「Went to check in at 6pm after a long day of traveling to be notified that my room was not ready, they said they will text me in 15 min , 45 min goes by and I go back down to the check in desk and they said the room I originally booked and payed for 2 months in advance was no longer available. Very disappointing. Pool & hot tub is very small overloaded with chemicals you can smell walking down the street from the outing the building.Would not recommend. 」
