Friendly staff. Great pillows. Towels were old and didn’t look very clean. Shower had backed up drainage and was not very clean. Standing in water during shower. Only stayed 1 night and didn’t tell staff.

We booked this hotel after leaving the Hilton in downtown Jackson a couple of hours after check-in due to safety issues. This hotel was very safe and the staff was very respectful and professional, something the other hotel lacked. The beds were comfortable. The room was extremely clean. It was also quiet so we were able to get a good night’s rest. Parking was a little bit limited but we made it in late so that’s understandable. I highly recommend this hotel!

The property was great. We were in a room next to all nighter very loud talkers. Woke me several times in the night. Maybe they worked the night shift usually and that’s why they were up. Very good room and clean otherwise.

Easy check in. Good and clean room. Nice mattress and pillow for a night stay. Good breakfast options but the pancake machine did not work, still had a lot of other option.

The water pressure wasn't very good and the water wasn't hot my first night. There were also dead bugs and spots where someone wasted something on the floor and didn't clean it up in the bathroom.

It was a nice room with a great breakfast. The only downside was the pullout bed mattress. It was not in good condition. Instead of using it, one of us slept on the sofa.

Just stopped here for one night on our way back to Texas. We like holiday inn express and this one didn’t disappoint. It seems newer or remodeled. We needed a couple of things in the room but they took care of it right away. Friendly staff. We would stay here again. Comfy bed and pillows and a nice A/C and ceiling fan!! We wanted to go on to Vicksburg but the reviews on that one were not so great, didn’t want to chance it.

The observations we did have after we checked in we noticed the thermostat was hanging off the wall and also noticed the bathroom door had several dents in it! After taking our stuff to the room we immediately let the front desk know the damage did not belong to us!
