「I was very disappointed with my experience. I encountered cockroaches in the room and contacted the front desk to request a refund. The employee apologized and stated that the rooms had cockroaches. She then refunded my payment.
While I appreciate that the issue was acknowledged and my money was returned, the presence of cockroaches is unacceptable for a lodging facility. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.」
「The GM dismissed our reservation because they had no available room since a construction crew had trashed the room. Was going to get us a room at a holiday express ( a room not a suite as we had paid in advance for) she was not apologetic but proceeded to tell me that I was slaying her. This was a grown woman with not customer service skills. After telling her that it was unexceptionable she said that she would pay for one night at the Towneplace Marriot (our reservation was for 2 nights)GM also...
