Friendly staff, clean facility and nice breakfast space and options.

The room was very spacious and clean. There is a nice fire pit and seating area outside. The breakfast is good for a quick bite.

We were there for a visit to RIT and it was within a good driving distance to it.

Have stayed here a few times. Very happy with this hotel

Great place to stay

We’ve stayed here several times while visiting my son at SUNY Brockport. Always greeted with a smile, get a great size and clean room and enjoy the hot breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Quiet, comfortable, felt like home. We enjoyed the breakfast and the location.

Clean and comfortable

The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The hotel room was clean, very spacious and modern. The shower has great water pressure and two shower heads. Breakfast in the morning was great. We were happy with everything. We will absolutely stay here again.

Convenient location, near lots of food options and shopping plazas. Very pet friendly. They were so welcoming to both my family and our dog. Always gave her treats and lots of love when we brought her down to the lobby.

Great experience

Love it!! The stay was amazing. I will extend my next stay because this is like a nice little apartment away from home.

I recently booked a suite for my daughter's 13th birthday sleepover and we had an amazing time. Shout out to Marsha at the front desk she was amazing and really made us feel welcome and at home. This hotel is clean, comfortable, beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great!! Really an unforgetable experience. Thanks again to the residence Inn by Marriott staff!! You rock!!

I love staying there. So close to everything especially the mall. I can walk to my favorite restaurant and the staff is friendly and attentive. The free breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately my daughter is graduating and I won't have many if any opportunities to stay there. They have served me well for 4 years. I have no complaints.

Probably the best hotel around university of Rochester! Great dining options! Very clean rooms and pleasant staff!

Great stay. Lobby and Room were clean and well prepared. Parking lot was full when i arrived, about 9pm, but they share the parking garage across the street with the Play museum. It's just across the street, but i would recommend getting your bags to the room before you park. Good breakfast, nothing more than you would expect, but a lot of seating and options.
