"We had never heard of a Spark Hotel, but we were pleased with the price and the facilities. Room looked recently redecorated, the breakfast was good, and the room was quiet."

"The hotel smells extremely damp soon as you walk in. The stairs at the entrance look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. Upon going into the room we all felt as though we could barely breathe. There was black mold all over the walls, seeping through the wallpaper. Holes all over the door around the handle. Long black hair stuck to bathroom wall on the left when you walk in. Also gross splatter of something on the bathroom wall near the black hair. Outdated register in bathroom paint...

"We love the room you assigned to us it was so perfect. I really like this room mark it as my favorite. The room was clean just perfect placement. Love the layout of the room the comfort and size of bed was perfect! Staff very kind. And helpful"

"When I arrived at the property, even though I had a reservation, they were saying they weren’t sure that we were gonna be able to honor it. They were having to check rooms to see what was available. It took about 45 minutes to get checked in cause they had to keep running around looking for rooms. The phone in the room did not work. The breakfast was OK but not outstanding."
