The Guest Lodge Gainesville

The Guest Lodge Gainesville

8/10 Good
"The handicap accessible room was nice for Mom, she 91 on a walker. We parked right at the door in front of the room. The handicap ramp is short and steep. Everything was clean. I noticed the trash cans around the pool needed emptying. We were expecting a little more from the breakfast that came with the stay. It was all pastries and bread items. Ok if you do not have a problem with gluten. The coffee & tangerine was good. It’s in a busy area. Turning out of the driveway to the left is tricky."

10/10 Excellent
"The only thing that I did not like was the fact that Expedia had the breakfast listed as a buffet, it was not. They did have a waffle maker to go along with the continental breakfast which was nice. It is also just a short walk or drive to Huddle House, the food was well priced and very good. The staff was great , the room was clean and the A/C worked great. You do have to pay a fee of $2.00 for parking per night which is fine considering you can walk just about anywhere and other places will charge up to $20.00 to park."
