I've known the owner for atleast 8 years... came here for one day bed bugs was all over bed at night... i recorded video and showed the owner the next day because i definitely didnt sleep in the room.... then the next day the i returned to the room right before checkout to get a phone i left on the dresser to find out the house keeper stole it...

My Room was supposed to be a Non-Smoking Room. Instead, the hallway and my room reeked of smoke. The Comforter on the bed was visibly dirty with stains and had 2 cigarette burns in it. When I told the front desk about the room they said I should not be complaining. They said that there was no other comparable room available and that did not have extra bedding to change my bedding out. When Expedia reached out to them about the situation they declined my refund even though the room was uninhabitable for me as a nonsmoker. The surrounding area of the hotel was sketchy as well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They get zero stars from me.

Bad Neighborhood.
Uber driver told us that this is a bad neighborhood of Cleveland and not to go out at night- so that’s how our trip started. The building smells like marijuana even in the non smoking building. Cluttered and small front lobby, burn holes in the blankets, no microwave, no hairdryer, iron, usb outlets. Lamp shades broken. Fan/air in room sounds like it's about to break, electrical outlet behind the headboard in between the posts, that looks like an electrical/fire hazard. Bed is uncomfortable/hard. Front office staff was rude to my husband when he asked for an extra pillow at 6pm, apparently housekeeping locks them up and the managers don't have a key? I call BS. The following day the lady was much nicer, and told me housekeeping leaves at 2, so the following day I caught the house keeper in the hallway asking for an extra pillow (I have a torn hip labrum so this helps me sleep) and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and then made it seem like it was going to take an act of God to get me one. After telling me she would bring one by the room- she never showed. However, for the most part it's clean, so not terrible for 60$ a night. However I won't be staying here again if we come back to Cleveland.

I checked into this hotel and after walking in to look at the rooms i turned around and left. The floors were sticky, it smelled terrible in there. There were holes in the bedding and you could see that it hadn't had a vacuum run in either room. I was beck at the front desk less than 10 minutes later. They refuse to give me a refund. I worldview recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I did not stay. It smelt like weed and the carpets where dirty. The bed had hair in it and there where people just walking around. I could not stay

The internet in the room didn't work, the AC was broken. Physically. There were people outside talking loudly until 3 am. The corridor smelled of cigarettes

We arrived only to find one of our reservations had been cancelled without informing us. They had only one available room they called an "executive suite" for almost double the room rate for the original reservation. I had no choice but to take it. It was a dump! The desk lady was sorry and tried to help, but blamed everything on the manager. We will never go to this place again.
