When I arrived there was a vehicle parked in the access aisle between the two accessible parking spaces. The vehicle was also blocking the route to the hotel entrance so I had to travel 3x as far and in a dangerous vehicular traffic lane. When I told the desk clerk she told me it was her vehicle and refused to move it! Once in my room my service dog found something on the floor and ate it! I spent the next hour on the phone with poison control! The staff is insensitive to the needs of people with disabilities and the rooms are dirty. Stay elsewhere.
