「The hotel was clean. Hard to find the entrance because the parking lot was sandwiched in the “mile of cars” in Norman. Night manager took the $25 deposit in cash but it was not there when we checked out. Morning staff gave it back but it was obviously not the original deposit because the money was crumpled and independent from the envelope.」

「We were impressed with the size of the hillside room. The flooring was very nice with tile throughout. The bathroom was amazing! It had a very large shower with beautiful tile. The shower fixture needs adjustment, though some of the features on it weren’t working like the rain head. But the water is very hot. 「Hotel clerk gave me a room that was not yet clean. This means that hotel staff has poor or broken communication. This is unacceptable.」

「This hotel was okay. I’ve stayed at other Springhill Suites and the conditions were better. The room had a weird smell, it’s more dated than others in the same line and there were wrappers and things in hallways. Our coffee pot was broken and had a water tank filled with old coffee and some glob of slime. I cleaned it and it didn’t work. This means cleaning staff aren’t checking coffee machines closely.
