「I am very disappointed of booking this residence. We stay there in hot season August, and there is no light on the roads inside the residence in the night, which is unbelievable! When we go outside in the night, we need to use torch! The bedrooms are very small and NO wardrobe, so we do not have places to put our clothes in the bedrooms! It is not convinient at all. The stairs inside the house is narrow and there is an area quite slippery, we need to be very careful when we downstairs. The...

「施設としてはたいへん良かったんですが、スタッフの方の対応として、事前の質問に1度しか答えてくれなかったのと、当日遅れる連絡にも返答がなかったことは不安になりました。（チェックインは近隣の系列ホテルで問題なく対応いただけました） また、カウンターが無人でスタッフルームも閉まっているということがあり、問い合わせができないことがありました。 ですがこれはほんの小さなことです。宿泊期間中、困ることはほとんどありませんでした。」

「Look other places first. I chose on price. The room did not look like the photos advertised. It is super dated and basic. The internet is terrible. I could not do work. The pool is completely full all the time. Location is fine, grocery store is fine. Just the complex is basic and kinda old dirty.」
