Worst experience ever!! Waited over 3 hours for our room to be ready. Staff was unhelpful in solving the issue. Sidewalks were EXTREMELY slippery when wet from the rain. Fell & was injured. No one helped. For $1000 for a 24 hour stay - one would expect better service from a Disney resort. Will NEVER ...
