Wonderful stay but high priced.
Place was clean. Beds were a little too hard for me. Room for the handicapped met my needs. Very good breakfast with pleasant staff. Prices too high for us.

Hotel was the perfect location for why we were in clermont. Guy who checked us in was professional polite and caring. As far as our room went…all was good except the AC unit was very noisy and the off button didn’t work.

After checking in I immediately dropped off my luggage and left to meet family. When I returned and was in the room the smoke detector was beeping every minute so I contacted the front desk. After 45 minutes they contacted me back saying they couldn’t find a new battery they would have to switch me to another room. The elevator leaves much to be desired. It would stop the door would open the the elevator would move while exiting it and the door might close when you were entering or exiting. I noticed the elevator inspection certificate on the wall was nearly 3 months expired. As far as Holiday Express’s this one leaves a lot to be desired. Maintenance is lacking in the one. The ice machine was out of order and the soda machine was completely sold out for the entire stay. Would not recommend this as a place to stay if you can find some place else.

The entrance on the right was pretty steep and unexpected but otherwise the experience was great!
