Location near station is fantastic and staff wonderful and friendly. However, the lack of facilities and trying to make a buck was terrible - no kettles in room, a lovely lobby area with tea/coffee that could have been a huge positive but instead there is a charge for any beverage (self made tea and coffee from an old machine) - make it free and create a nice welcoming area for guests to gather, rather than an opportunity to make a buck.

Excellent choice at this price range! The room was big, clean and warm. wifi worked great, the bathroom had a bathtub (loved it!) and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no refrigerator or tea/coffee in the room, but there was a coffee machine ($€) in the lobby and a microwave (!, which was absolutely great!). The location is mostly quiet (except for some loud boys gathering on a street one evening) and I mostly didn’t hear other guests „coughing“. Highly recommend overall!

Nous étions plusieurs à dormir dans cet hôtel et vraiment nous ne regrettons rien. Les chambres sont confortables, salle de bains avec tout ce qu'il faut. Calme donnant sur jardin. Un accueil vraiment sympathique par l'équipe que nous remercions. Merci à vous Céline, Carine, Franck, Philippe

Séjour très agréable, accueil très sympathique par le réceptionniste à notre arrivée. Grande chambre avec lit parapluie dans le placard, parfait. Quelques taches sur la moquette et douche légèrement bouchée, mais très bien dans l’ensemble.

Inflexibilité et manque d'empathie

Annulation impossible malgré l'accord du site de réservation. La responsable refuse d'entendre malgré un motif médical important, mon conjoint ayant été opéré en urgence et necessitant une surveillance médicale dans le cadre de son suivi post opératoire. Ce n'est jamais un plaisir d'annuler des vacances et l'inflexibilité des gérants reflète une certaine intolérance et un manque de compassion et d'empathie pour les voyageurs qu'ils accueillent. On a payé 85 euros pour une prestation non effectuée et malgré une prévenance 48 heures à l'avance. Grand regret. Avant la possibilité de réserver sur internet, on ne payait pas à l'avance les nuits d'hotel. Nous sommes déjà très décus d'annuler nos vacances et nous ne pouvons même pas avoir un peu de compréhension ni d'empathie malgré une urgence médicale.

Chambres correctes - personnel très bien

Une nuit passée dans cet hotel pour une étape. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Nous avions 2 chambres avec climatisation ce qui était appreciable cependant l'une des 2 chambres avait une odeur de canalisation assez incommodante. Les 2 chambres etaient propres, le coin est tranquille et le rapport qualité-prix est ok.
