I was looking for a quick place to spend the night after a long few days on the road. Property was nice. Staff was awesome. My only semi-complaint was I couldn't find the remote, but I was so exhausted I didn't care. I'd staff here again without a second thought. Thank you.

Clean and served our purpose. Property seems old and rooms are not updated like other hotels, but it was clean, had a comfortable bed and the staff took pride in their work. Was cheaper than other hotels in the same area. I’d definitely stay there again.

Oh so Sweet 'n' comfy!!

Staff was awesome with my preferences for ground floor rm since I'm waiting on back surgery. They immediately replied shortly after booking my reservation they had me assigned in a nice secure room. I always felt totally safe coming & going!!

The property was clean and up to date. The clerk was helpful and nice. However after checking in and settling into my room she called and said the owner wanted me in another room for unknown reasons. The new room was identical to the first one. Around midnight a very loud drunken group was screaming and yelling outside. I kept waiting for the police to show up but they never did.

It was fine for the price

The room was spacious and seemed clean enough…except for the floors. The bath faucet dripped the whole time, so not eco-friendly on that…but wasn’t an issue for our use.

The cost was so reasonable. we basically just wanted a place to crash for the night - so we weren't looking for luxury. The hwy in front of the hotel was busy, and construction workers pulling in and out in their big ole work trucks were a bit noisy. But all in all, it was convenient, and there are a lot of places to eat nearby, and the Botanical gardens make for a fun stroll - and it's right down the road. All good.

The hotel is all around average. There have been some updates that do make the rooms look good; however, don't look too close or you will see imperfections. The bathroom is in great need of updating as the tub is old and yellowed and the pipes sing to you as you shower. There was a "computer glitch" and they almost gave our room away after one night, but a phone call got it settled. The bed is on the very firm side and you can feel a spring or two depending on how you laid in the bed.

Very poor quality hotel

Not so good, definitely not a 3.5 star hotel, could be 2 star hotel. Nice location. Dirty bathtub and electric lines. TV didn’t work. Scrabble painting. Never again.

Cheap motel. Cheap furniture, fixtures, towels, bedding, signs of wear/sloppy repairs, poor water pressure, etc. On plus side, seemed clean (though I found a used toothbrush on a shelf next to the sink) and very friendly, competent staff who answered questions and provided help with a smile. If you’re looking for low cost hotel option near Clemson and don’t mind no-frills, then this is an ok choice. Location is convenient, but you will need a car to get to the University. Still on a busy weekend, paying a lot for this level of room/hotel is a bit hard to swallow.
