We booked this hotel so we could still be quite near to Jasper National Park since most affordable options around Jasper were no longer available. I do have to say that it is a longer drive to Jasper (1h). The hotel in itself was good, all the amenities you could need were available. The room was clean. We had a larger room with sleeping facilities at the front of the building, the street can be quite noisy. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next door. It's a basic breakfast, nothing wrong with that. Only thing that did bother me is the throw away cutlery when claiming to trying to be green.

Access near to main roads was good. Website misleading as to amenities and information outdated. The restaurant which was to be on-site, moved 6 years ago. Massive light sign still up on-site. Now you can find a so called breakfast miles down the road. BTW, no sign on the driveway there. We were there for 6 nights and not once did housekeeping come to the room. We had to go finally after four days and plead for towels. We gave permission for housekeeping to have access the afternoon we arrived. I would not recommend this property even though the actual room was satisfactory..

Had a wonderful stay! Breakfast especially sandwich were awesome , they had egg and veggie whatever you can choose. The ambience was beautiful and incredibly peaceful, with lovely flowers and cozy garden seating areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. A perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Would definitely stay here again! 🌿✨

While the room we stayed in was good. Clean and appeared new, the property outside, particularly around the side and back was not great. Orange construction fences on their sides, junk and garbage at the back and down to the lake. The hotel listing shows as 'lakeside', however our walk down to the lake was disappointing. Once at the lake, we saw broken patio furniture and an unmaintained area. My husband carried a broken chair up to the hotel area for the garbage. A nicer, clean and maintained area down to the the lake and that area is needed for guests, especially if the hotel is advertised as lakeside.

The staff were absolutely amazing, and I’m honestly not sure why there are any negative reviews. The place itself is wonderful beautifully maintained and extremely comfortable. The views were scenic and very relaxing, and the location is ideal, being close to town and very convenient for getting around. The room was spotless and exceptionally clean, which really added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.
