"This hotel was very conveniently located close to the airport and offered an airport shuttle. The employee at the front desk was incredibly kind and professional. Check in was a breeze. The hotel was a little outdated. "

"We arrived after 12:00 p.m. and was surprised that a packaged ham and cheese sandwich, bag of chips and two waters cost over $17. Also, even though we had reserved and paid for a king bed room we instead received a room with two beds. When I asked why I was told that no king rooms were available. The free streaming on the tv was a plus"

"Bed comfortable, room clean and no bugs, air con on for arrival (nice). The facility is aged, while not dirty it feels like an 80s hotel. My toilet was loose, wobbly when you sit down. Many power sockets not functioning. Torn carpet areas. The amenities like hand cream were open, not encouraging Nice towels and solid wifi only 5 min from Airport with ample exterior parking."

"Our room was well appointed and spacious. The breakfast was very good. There was a good selection of items and the food was plentiful. The presence of a laundry that was actually quite reasonably priced was a plus for us. The staff was especially helpful and friendly. My husband is disabled and sometimes wanders. A huge shout out to the lobby staff, which was respectful, kind and kept an eye on him. I would definitely stay there again."

"The room was visibly old and unclean, but what made this stay truly unacceptable was the staff's attitude. We are a family of four sharing one room. When my wife initially requested extra pillows, the staff gave her two — but that still left us short. When I followed up to request two more, he flatly refused, in a dismissive and ill-tempered manner. There was no apology, no alternative offered, just a rude refusal — leaving our family without adequate bedding after the first night had already caused neck pain from the flat pillows provided. When I pressed the issue, he told me I could "talk to the manager" but then refused to provide the manager's contact information because, in his words, he didn't want to be bothered. That response is unacceptable by any standard of hospitality. We have stayed with La Quinta for years precisely because of its reliable quality and service. This property is a serious outlier — and the kind of experience that erodes trust in a brand people have relied on. I hope management takes this seriously."

"This hotel is very conveniently located next to sky train for easy access to the airport. It is clean. Has very friendly staff. Nice bar. Delicious food. Love the outdoor patio. Even though it’s very loud with planes departing every 5 minutes, it was a beautiful warm and pleasant evening. Would definitely stay here again "
