I was completely aggravated with this man because not only did he run my card without asking or waiting for me to check to make sure that this was indeed the hotel for my reservation.. he put me on the second floor and I have huge suitcases when I paid extra to make sure I was at the bottom floor at the reservation I have made.
This man carries my suitcases up the stairs. Gives me a super huge discount. And two storms hit 30 minutes after I got safely in my room. That man saved my life. I will be staying here every time I pass through to get home to Georgia.
