"This was a five star hotel in my opinion. Everything was clean and the property is well kept. The room was awesome and had every amenity that we could ask for. The best part was the staff. They were so helpful and friendly. They treated us with so much respect. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We stayed 1 night. The staff were helpful and accommodating and allowed us a late check out. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and spacious. the bed was soft and comfortable. The parking was a little tight with quite a few large work trucks sharing the parking space. The side entrance door did not lock."

"We were in the area to attend a wedding that required the use of the gondola so the location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk. The staff were nice, especially the ones in the bar. There are some great restaurants in the area as well. The parking structure has lights out so it was super dark where we parked. I wish the room had more areas to charge electronics, I’m pretty sure most people charge their phones while sleeping and there was no plug on my side, which was inconvenient."

"Our second time staying and perfect place for traveling w families. So convenient to pack/unpack, close to downtown, and love the outdoor spaces and game room. Also super convenient to Safeway, Starbucks, and Walgreens, as well as food options. Nothing fancy or extravagant but recently updated, new, modernized, and hidden gem for a trip to Steamboat. We plan to return again next year!"
