「The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! 「Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary.
