"Reception staff friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded and welcomed with a bottle of champagne and treats in our room. Beautiful room overlooking vineyards & pool. Everything extremely clean. Housekeeping fantastic. Everything you require in the room apart from conditioner. We used the spa - book treatments before you arrive as not much choice. Bar area and restaurant lovely. Drinks and food standard great. We ate in restaurant twice. Only complaint we had was there are definitely not enough staff. Reception is well manned however both the bar and restaurant were not. In the bar, we had to go and seek service. The same in the restaurant. They are very slow to acknowledge you, both whilst waiting for a table and for ordering drinks and food."

"Big parking. At first glance the check-in may look a bit complicated because there’s no reception there with a human being. Check-in process is fully automated and easy to understand. Location is good too. 15 minutes walk from Avenue de Champagne. We liked the hotel."
