"Great views and pool"

"Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase."

"The hotel is very charming and it feels like it came straight out of a novel. The terraces have a panoramic view of Perugia, the sitting rooms are delightful and the air conditioning works phenomenally. The attention to detail in decor is absolutely superb."

"This property is more of a basic guesthouse than a full hotel. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the “breakfast included” was very limited. You’re asked to pre‑order the night before, and the offering is just one coffee, one drink, and one filled croissant — fresh and tasty, but quite minimal. For the price we paid (around 120 CAD), I don’t feel the value was there, and you can find better options at this price point."
