The location was fantastic. The room was just renovated and beautiful. The host was very nice and helpful. A very convenient location for dining and access to the cruise port. We will definitely highly recommend it.

Excellent property, very cleaned with lots of amenities, well located in front of Civitavecchia port. The host received us on time for check in and provided transportation to the cruise port. I definitely recommend this amazing property for people that needs to be close to the cruise port.

A excellent place to stay before heading off on a cruise. Beautiful room, excellent bathroom, very close to shopping and restaurants. We were driving and found a place to park but I understand valet is possible. This is very much in town but was very quiet and enjoyable. Breakfast was a plus.

Don’t let the exterior fool you. The rooms are newly renovated, clean and comfortable. The owner met me at 10:00 am for an early check in. Definitely recommend!

The property manager went above and beyond! Loved this stay! Just coming off a 10 day cruise ship excursion this was the perfect ending. Civitavecchia is a beautiful coastal town with a calming and fun environment. The property was perfect! Short walk to shore and food and Gelato right below! Would definitely stay here again! Riviera Suites was exactly what we were looking for in Civitavecchia. We walked from the train station directly to the place. We dropped of bags and explored the neighborhoods around it - plenty of great restaurant options. Nice coffee and pastry supplied for breakfast. When we checked out and needed to get to the cruise port they even arranged for a private driver who got us right to the ship. Everything about this stay was perfect.

A little confusing to begin with…rooms are in a building but you can’t get in without someone coming out. Once in, easy to find. AWESOME Staff gave us our pick of rooms, clean, location is amazing! Once you get checked-in and have the keys, you can come and go easily. There are a few steps before getting to the elevator. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Location is great for cruise terminal. We had no idea how to check in. Fortunate we followed someone into the building and the cleaning staff answered door. We arrived early so happy we could leave luggage in room while we walked around The room was generally clean but there were several small ants on the desk.

No communication from property and if there was then it was too late. This is not a hotel but a private residence! You need a code to get in the building and to the supposed “suites”. Phone calls were never answered, text messages or what’s app messages were answered hours or even a day later. Absolutely horrible and for them to charge me for not even being in the property once is horrible, glad I have travel insurance.

I did not know this was a room only. No lobby or staff. Very hard to find location just 3rooms in an apartment house. I wish Travelocity was more clear on accomodations.

honestly, it's just a room and a bathroom. Yeah it's clean, but I didn't find anything notable and I wouldn't stay there again. Very cheap with the amenities. Half a roll of toilet paper. Two paper cups. Nothing cozy about the bed. No extra blankets. Not very comfortable Small balcony overlooking a down-market area. Not for me.
