The room was very clean and spacious. The room slept 4. Bathroom was fine. Breakfast was very simple; toast, yogurt, granola and pastries. Coffee was good. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

The staff was amazing. They got us into the room early. We were able to walk to the train to go to Rome and Florence. The mattress on the bed is very thin and hard.if you have back issuses, not a place for you. This place served the purpose for us. We just needed a place to stay before our cruise.

Staff was super friendly. Location for our cruise was great. 13 minute walk with luggage to cruise bus stop to get picked up. Breakfast was toast, cheese, salami, yogurt, cereal, and coffee. I would stay here in the future. Grocery stores about a 3/4 mile walk. Plenty of places to eat close by Train station about 10 minute walk.

Very cute hotel near the port. Stefano was welcoming and great helping us with all our luggage. Bathroom was recently redone and very nice, complete with hair dryer and all. Bring adaptor to charge your phones though. Bed was clean and comfy. Was disappointed to hear Stefano say our reservation didn't include breakfast because on Expedia, it says the breakfast was free. There is a McDonald's a across the street though. For 10 Euro, Stefano arranged a driver to pick us up and take us to the ship port the next morning. Would have been nice to have arrangements coming in town from the train station because we were totally ripped off by a driver charging us 30 Euro for a 3 min drive to the hotel. (Some Italians have no problem ripping off Americans because they think we are all rich and we don't know what's a fair price) Other things to know - Their lobby is actually on the second floor if your driver drops you off at the wrong door. They share a building with others. There's a great little spot to eat about 1/2 block down on the coast street, Kora. We had a poke bowl and Caesar salad and both were exceptionally good!
