"We booked a standard queen room but were upgraded to a very spacious quadruple which was nice. The room had an electric jug with tea bags provided, but only one cup available which was not great for two people. Listed in the facilities on Expedia were free WiFi. This was not available in the rooms, only at the checkin area. Most annoying for us was that laundry facilities were listed, that did not exist. After travelling for 9 days we were counting on washing our clothes. Sure, we can wash in...

"Amazing experience to stay in old palace/castle. Wonderful property with agritourismo qualities. I am sure they do great weddings for Italians but services were a little short when wedding party left and very few were tolerant of English speakers.
