"This motel is a little gem on the island of Pensacola, it has a cute little beach, great location, nice staff and a lot of bang for the buck."

"The room was clean and the AC worked good, but we had to stick a towel under the entrance door because there’s an open/cracked to the outside that needs to be fixed. Beatles were coming into our room. It’s 30 minutes away from the beach. The front desk took forever to come and check us in. The bathroom towels stunk like spoiled milk. Not booking here again."

"We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance."

"I had been driving for over 12 hours. All I wanted to do was have a soak in a hot bubble bath. I paid damn near $200 to ensure that I would be able to. When I finally get to the room, it was a huge disappointment. In the tub was a semi-permanent slip pad in the tub. The was old bath scum and crud stuck all around the edges, so the hot bath is out of the question. I figured a hot shower would have to do. When I turned the shower on, the water sprayed all over except in the right way....and it was piping hot. The cold water was not working properly. I tried to close the door to the restroom to avoid the water getting everywhere...and guess what???????? The door would not close. At all. No latch. At that point I just gave up. I was already undressed and unpacked so I did not have the energy to get dressed and pack up again to request another room. I just fell asleep crying out of sheer disappointment and disbelief. I was in #133. Sadly, I will never stay there again, and I will not recommend it to friends or family. I'm almost certain that you will read this and not really care...nothing will be done or resolved. Nothing to right your wrong. Customer Service no longer exist. I have stayed at other Wyndam Hotels. This was not it."
