We arrived just at dark, and the staff was wonderful and welcoming. Food was available and completely top notch. Breakfast buffet was provided in the morning as well. Our pets were welcome, and the grounds were fenced and secure. Definitely top notch.

It is a very beautiful place. Very clean and quiet and the staff is very accommodating. The pool bar staff were the best. Very friendly and even remembered our names. The best drinks we ever had. Hands down. Will be staying here again.

Disappointed

We have stayed at here two other times and we had rooms in the newer building. This time we had the older one . The lighting in the room was bad. There were only two plug outlets . We couldn’t plug our device, but one at a time . We have three devices each. There was no outlet in the bathroom to plug the hair dryer. No place to put your luggage. You got two bath towels one hand towel, But no wash clothes. Disappointed

From saturday around 10:00 pm thru sunday light went off just in the hotel area so no a/c and complaint to the front desk and they inly answer was we are checking on it. But they did not offer nothing on behalf the situation

The most Horrible Hotel Experience of my Life

This hotel is a joke. Save yourself a headache and don't stay here. They "sold" and cancelled my reservation just because. The front desk representative Diego was extremely rude. He gave me the key to a dirty room to go check if I wanted to stay there. Of course we weren't going to stay in a used & dirty room witn trash, no made beds and no towels. When customer service called him he simply ignored the call. Thankfully hotels.com was able to relocate me to a different hotel. Which was a horrible experience to go back to the city center at night with my whole familiy. The following day since I had to go back to a event I realized they had done the same to several other paid reservations. They're just a money hungry hotel and will give out rooms to whoever shows up first. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
