Check in late after 9p and front door was closed was told to go around and enter through restaurant. My elderly mother can’t walk not wheel chair accessible. Not handicapped friendly
Told breakfast was included but not told at check in that it was at another level of hotel that needed to have elevators. When arrived at area which I thought was the breakfast was greeted rude and told in a manner that was not the area.
Room did not have charging area for cells.
Noisy from restaurant or dancing area.
The only person that greeted us was the waiter of the assigned breakfast area and explained how that hotel works.
