"Everything was great with the room. We had an incident where the elevator stopped working with one member of our party in it. At the time, the staff didn’t follow protocol, however when the manager found out, he made everything right and handled it really well. I truly appreciate Sean the manager for how he handled everything. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again."

"Pool was closed but there were two unattended kids swimming in it - moat likely the staff's kids. We went down for breakfast at 9 and they literally started pulling food from where my husband was trying to get it. Said breakfast was done at 9:00a.m. - rude af staff, who closes breakfast on the weekend at 9?!?!?!"
