「Staff support was lacking ,hard to get into my room 」

「Great location and well appointed apartment」

「Upon arrival, we had difficulty locating the apartment as it was down an unmarked hallway between two bldgs. Also, the outside often had persons loitering around, leading to an unsafe feeling. That said, once inside the apartment was adequate. There was an issue with a water/toilet leak in the bathroom. The kitchen is small with limited kitchen items available (」

「Check-in was quite complicated but the support was good 」

「It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. 」

「Never got the key access code so I had to book very expensive alternative accommodation on the day」
