「The hotel itself was fine, but I had a rather unpleasant experience due to some of the other guests. At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.」

「We arrived in a snowstorm, and were greeted by the lovely new management team, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was lovely. The room was very clean, updated, beds comfortable, the pool looked inviting, but we were too tired to make use of it. The breakfast bar had everything we could want. Thanks for a nice stay!」
