「Store fine, rene rom. Når jeg ikke mottok epost med link til innsjekking ringte jeg kunde service. De var veldig behjelpelig og hyggelige. Og det løste seg raskt. Når det var i orden var det enkelt å sjekke inn online. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt. Alt i alt, veldig fornøyd. Vi kommer til å bo her neste gang vi besøker Bregamo.」

「Easy access from airport and train station. The staff is really nice and helpful. The bus stop near the porta nuova takes you to any place of Bergamo. Actually you feel like staying at a economy hotel rather than a hostel, which is the best part of it.」

「The room was lovely, great bathroom, comfy bed and a nice balcony which got the sun in the evening. We really liked the location too. It was a 3 minute walk from the bus stop for the airport bus and then a 10 minute walk to the funicular to the old town. Check in was super easy, but you do need a phone to check in. There isn’t a reception. We ate near the hotel rather than going back up to the old town and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. 」

「My experience with the place was very good overall. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping streets. Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa. Still, I was very happy with the host, and the stay was great thanks to the perfect location.」

「Vi ble tatt godt imot av utleierene, etter å ha gjort avtaler på Whatsapp. Selv om vi var forsinket, så ventet de tålmodig på oss uten noen sure miner. Leiligheten var stor og fin og ligger meget sentralt til. Det var ikke aircondition i hoveddelen som avbildet i annonsen, så dette var skuffende og varmt i Juli. Det er kjøling på soverommene, så nettene var ingen problem. Vi bruker gjerne "www.donizettiapartments.com" igjen neste gang vi skal til Bergamo, ihvertfall utenom de varmeste periodene....

「Staff was wonderful! Sara and Stefania from reception both helped us when our trains were canceled last minute and we had to find rides back to the hotel and to Milan. Hotel was clean and beautiful and breakfast and spa staff were also welcoming and helpful. 」
