"Big swimming pool. Connecting to the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit). Is an apartement, hotel and plaza that has alot of stuff if we want to shop or need massage or eat, most of stuff we need they have them. Room service is ok, they don’t give us extra toilet tissue roll (only the one that on the hanger which is small size roll; We have to ask to refill it or have an extra. They don’t clean the toilet properly. The white towels doesn’t look white anymore, I don’t know why. They look like clean/smell...

"The the air condition was working properly. I complained and I was told it’s regulates it self and there was nothing they could do about it. I was hot most of the nights. Great location, beautiful staff and amazing massage staff. Aside from the air conditioning 10/10. "

"The staff at the Mercure were very kind and super helpful. The breakfast was a great range and the coffee was good. The pool was not in action but the area up near the pool was a great spot to sit and watch the clouds roll through. The downside was that there was a lot of mold in the bathroom shower area, and the bathroom floors around the toilet and general area didn't seem as clean as they could be. "The hotel offers reasonable value for money, but could be fantastic given its heritage. It looks like it could do with refurbishment (last done 25 years ago?) We chose to stay here as my parents had stayed there 70 years ago. Breakfast in the restaurant were very good with a strong local flavour. unfortunately it does not open in the evening leaving only the small cafe in the atrium area. We did not use the small pool. "
