「Property was clean other than unknown construction that was going on. Rooms were very nice and updated. Pool was not open.」

「We usually stay at Hilton properties and didn't want to spend that much this time around. Other than not having an elevator to the 2nd floor (had to haul luggage up the stairs) you honestly wouldn't be able to tell the difference between this hotel and a Hilton. Our room smelled a little musty but after running the AC it went away. Breakfast was free and good and hot. Staff were great. I would stay again without hesitation.」

「Room was spotless and comfortable, lots of close parking, liked having coffee 24/7. The breakfast was just ok. Was option of sausage and over easy egg rounds at 6am one day and the other days at 8 they didn’t have much out. They had some bagels and muffins. A couple of yogurts in the fridge. Usual waffle machine. Overall though it’s an older yet well maintained hotel. The room was immaculately clean which to me makes all the difference. It was very quiet when I was there but I worked nights.」

「If i could give 100 stars i would. I was visiting for my son's wedding in the area. So many things to do in an area you are unfamiliar with. And crazy construction to navigate around. The staff was the kindest, most genuine down to earth people you would ever want to meet. Directing me to what's in the area and just friendly support for a crazy mother of the groom. The stay was very enjoyable amongst all the chaos. The only issue i had was i must have had to rekey our hotel key about 15...

「The check-in went smoothly, but we found out the following day that we had not been informed about the policy regarding maid service, and even when we followed the protocol our room remained intended and our towels unreplaced. The new shower leaked and ran across the bathroom floor nearly to the carpet and we had to use our towels to soak up the water to prevent a fall. The room was either frigid or damp. The sheets were too short for the bed. The best part of our experience was the women who...

「The Hampton Inn in Canal Winchester, Ohio is a newer hotel with nice amenities, friendly staff and well appointed rooms. The beds are super comfortable. All the staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast had both hot and cold foods. We enjoyed our stay.」
