「Nice stay on the road.」

「Room was great. Very clean. ALL staff were very helpful and friendly. Layout of room was great for working. Enjoyed breakfast. Several items to choose from.」

「It was clean normally, but the windows do not open, the room is not ventilated. There was a very musty smell in the room. It was very difficult to be there. The staff is very friendly.」

「The carpet was dark and filthy. My socks were nasty when I took them off at night. I put down a white washcloth and just rubbed it on the carpet and it came up filthy. In addition, there was bad smells and I believe that was from the carpet also. There was a chair in the room that was filthy, I would not put anything on it or sit on it. However, the staff was very nice.」

「Air conditioner was nice and cold. Breakfast was nice and hot with a variety tissue from. The pool was very very clean, that was my favorite part. They offer towels in the pool area. They have a beautiful patio that you can go outside and sit or barbecue. Definitely coming to stay again next time I visit the caves. Also, very conveniently located by the Logan Beach.」

「Everything was good. The reason I have a poor review for the amenities. Is because they pool wasn't working and the TV had connection restrictions on it. The only reason I booked was because of the pool. I recommend the Hoilday Inn express in Lancaster Ohio. My daughter's room was there. So much better for less a night.」

「For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

「The hotel is very well located in downtown Lancaster and close enough to Columbus and Hockinghills state park. The rooms are clean. Breakfast spread is nice and housekeeping is daily.」

「Parking was tight, but I found a spot. It would’ve been better to put the E-car charging spots in the rear parking area instead of taking spots away from all the “regular cars”, since you aren’t supposed to park in the charging ones. All of the E-car spits were open the two days I stayed.」
