「multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. 」

「We didn't use the pool but people.were using it. They did not allow pets. The front desk lady was very nice and friendly and even got us a first floor room. It was a handicap room which was okay. The only issue I had is I dropped my phone and had to move the bed so cleaning staff need to check the floor under headboard dust and dead crickets.」

「This was a child friendly property which was perfect for meeting up with our son and granddaughter. They loved the lazy river and pool. My husband and I loved the Spa. I received the best relaxation massage and mani-pedi. Other Spa amenities were excellent. Food at each of the hotel restaurants we tried was top notch. We hope to visit again soon!」
