"Villa Tina was such a great find! The location is excellent, only about 15 minutes from Split Airport. One important thing to know is that the hotel is not actually in Split. I booked it for one night because we needed somewhere convenient to stay before our boat trip, but I would absolutely come back and stay longer.
The first thing that impressed me was how incredibly clean everything was. The place was squeaky clean—I was honestly in awe!
There is a restaurant right on site, and we had fresh-caught fish for dinner, which was excellent. Breakfast was included and there was plenty to choose from.
What really makes this hotel special, though, is the location. The sea is literally across the street! There’s a ladder where you can get directly into the water and plenty of space to lie down, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view. There are also places nearby where you can rent chairs for sunbathing.
A grocery store and pharmacy are within walking distance, and you can even rent a small scooter right across the street.
I originally chose Villa Tina simply because it was convenient for the airport and our boat trip, but it ended up being a place I would happily return to for an actual stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and steps from the sea—highly recommend!"
