「This is a wonderful property. Brand new, with large and excellently appointed rooms, fully equipped and wonderfully comfortable. The location is wonderful-dive minutes I. Foot from the metro, tram line runs in front of the location but the neighborhood is quiet with a residential feel. The staff is friendly and welcoming and very helpful. We so much enjoyed our stay there at the beginning of our trip that we changed our return plans to come back to Milan a nightly earlier to get one more...

The floors hasn’t been cleaned, dirt, debris everywhere. Dirt balls on furniture, mold in bathroom and broken kitchen cabinets. The out door chair had no paint and rust all over. The bathtub scratched and rusty, the shower curtain stained, mold everywhere. The shower rod was missing and the shower head just wrapped...
