「Great location, lovely hotel, food, breakfast, really nice and helpful staff」

「If you need a place to stay in this area, this is a perfect spot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend the dinner here as well. We even had horses in the fenced area right off our patio. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the area!」

「What a lovely find , spend only one night but I was very impressed , the bar garden is delightful , my room was very comfortable with lots of room . Dinner and wine were on the expensive side , but worth it for a treat . Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area !」

「Hotel room was shocking. Hand prints on the wall and sweat marks where peopls heads have been when laying on ths bed. Dirts was engrained into the carpet. I was considering leaving and looking for another hotel but as i was staying for one night i decided to stay. I will not stay at the rothwell hotel again unfortunately.」

「The male (of a certain race) that checked us in looked right past me and greeted my husband when I walked thru the door first and would only deal with him. Even after my husband said I drove and I would fill in the vehicle info, he still asked him to enter the info and would only give him the keys. I felt like I wasn't there! The Plough is way out-dated, the beds are awful but you can they are trying to update some things. New carpets and chairs. I would not recommend this hotel, but maybe in...
